Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) is used in conjunction with trauma therapy as a means to:

  • Create the container for you to be heard, validated and supported

Preparing the body with an hour of yoga therapy, prior to embarking on trauma work and / or hypnotherapy enables your parasympathetic system to achieve a sublime still point—making it more receptive to specific trauma interventions.
